tcjt-1型土工布圓盤取樣器其性能符合jtge50公路土工合成材料試驗(yàn)規(guī)程、sl235土工合成材料試驗(yàn)規(guī)程、用手切取各種毛紡、混紡、化纖、針織等織物的圓形樣品。

二、tcjt-1型土工布圓盤取樣器技術(shù)指標(biāo)：
1、取樣面積：100cm2

三、tcjt-1型土工布圓盤取樣器結(jié)構(gòu)與調(diào)整：
1、切刀刀片為雙面刀片，具有四片，為圓外接四等分均布。刀片可以更換，具體操作為：松開件5十字螺釘（每片上有4顆螺釘），取下件6刀片壓板與件4取樣刀片，換上新的刀片，壓上件6刀片壓板，注意使刀片口為順時針切向并使四片刀口處于同平面，然后擰緊5十字螺釘即可。
2、儀器底部有真紋刻痕，用于固定式樣，便于切割，防止試樣打滑。
3、波紋手輪下有滾花刻盤，可以用來調(diào)整所切厚度，具體做法為：松開件3鎖緊螺釘，旋轉(zhuǎn)件2滾花刻盤（順時針減少，逆時針增加）。至所取厚度值，鎖緊件3鎖緊螺釘即可。
四、tcjt-1型土工布圓盤取樣器使用方法：
1、取待裁織物，量好厚度，按上述調(diào)整好取樣器刻盤。
2、將待織物平鋪軟木墊上，將圓盤取樣器放在織物上，手扶住外罩7，手握住波紋手輪1，并旋加定壓力，然后順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)波紋手輪1（轉(zhuǎn)角>90度）即可將圓試樣截取。

五、tcjt-1型土工布圓盤取樣器注意事項(xiàng)：
1、本儀器刀片刀口很鋒利，使用中不得將手放在底部，以免損傷。
2、本儀器裁取試樣應(yīng)在軟木墊上進(jìn)行，儀器不用時擦拭干凈，置于儀器盒中，以免儀器損壞。
使用段時間后如刀片不鋒利，按3.1條更換刀片。

2. the sample of the instrument should be cut on the cork cushion. when the instrument is not in use, it should be wiped clean and placed in the instrument box to avoid damage.if the blade is not sharp after a period of use, replace it according to 3.1.
