具有常規(guī)模擬儀表的安裝的操作方式，可與模擬儀表兼容。具有豐富的運(yùn)算處理功能。一機(jī)多能，可簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)工程，縮小控制室盤面尺寸。具有完整的自診斷功能，安全可靠性高。編程方便，無(wú)須計(jì)算機(jī)軟件即可操作，便于推廣。通信接口能與計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)機(jī)，擴(kuò)展性好。調(diào)節(jié)器是調(diào)節(jié)電壓的裝置，首先防止電壓過高損壞電瓶，同時(shí)在發(fā)電機(jī)電壓過低時(shí)切斷與電瓶之間的線路，上面說的是直流發(fā)電機(jī)。假如是交流發(fā)電機(jī)則只有穩(wěn)壓功能。調(diào)節(jié)器在使用過程中一般不允許拆卸護(hù)蓋，正常情況是每工作200h左右進(jìn)行一次全面檢查和維護(hù)，其內(nèi)容如下：拆下護(hù)殼，檢查觸點(diǎn)表面有無(wú)污物和燒損。若有污物，可用較干凈的紙擦拭觸點(diǎn)表面。若觸點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)燒蝕或平面不平而導(dǎo)致接觸不良，一般用“00”號(hào)砂紙或砂條將其磨平，zui后再用干凈的紙擦凈。檢查各個(gè)接頭的牢固程度，測(cè)量電阻和各個(gè)線圈的電阻值。若有損壞，應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)或更換新件。檢驗(yàn)斷流器的閉合電壓和逆電流、節(jié)壓器的限額電壓、節(jié)流器的限額電流以及各種觸點(diǎn)的間隙和氣隙。若不符合要求，應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。檢查調(diào)整后的調(diào)節(jié)器，在起動(dòng)柴油機(jī)時(shí)要注意觀察充電電流表指針的指示。若柴油機(jī)以中等以上轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)電流表的指針仍指向“-”一邊，這說明斷流器的觸點(diǎn)未斷開，應(yīng)迅速斷開接地開關(guān)；否則，會(huì)損壞蓄電池、調(diào)節(jié)器和充電發(fā)電機(jī)等。若柴油機(jī)起動(dòng)至額定轉(zhuǎn)速后電流表的指針仍指向“0”處，說明的調(diào)整時(shí)未按技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行調(diào)整，應(yīng)重新進(jìn)行檢查和調(diào)整。美國(guó)fairchild仙童調(diào)節(jié)器
