背景
阪崎克羅諾桿菌為革蘭氏陰性腸桿菌，兼性厭氧，能運動。它廣泛分布于自然界，存在于淡水、土壤、污水、植物、蔬菜、動物和人類的糞便中。阪崎克羅諾桿菌為條件致病菌，對早產(chǎn)嬰兒和免疫力低下的嬰幼兒具有*危害，會造成新生兒腦膜炎和膿毒癥，甚至造成死亡（1）。因此，對嬰幼兒配方奶粉應(yīng)進行阪崎克羅諾桿菌的檢測。
應(yīng)用
阪崎克羅諾桿菌顯色培養(yǎng)基用于從食物、牛奶和奶制品中分離鑒定阪崎克羅諾桿菌屬（阪崎克羅諾桿菌）。
原理
腸桿菌*的葡萄糖苷酶可特異性裂解顯色培養(yǎng)基中的顯色底物（2），呈現(xiàn)藍綠色菌落。其他微生物不會裂解該顯色底物，產(chǎn)生黃色菌落。培養(yǎng)基中的顯色混合劑，使得阪崎克羅諾桿菌菌落呈現(xiàn)出強烈的的藍色，而其他腸桿菌的藍色較淺。
此培養(yǎng)基中的hiveg水解物相當于酪蛋白酶水解物，它和木瓜蛋白酶水解的大豆粉提供必需的生長營養(yǎng)。氯化鈉維持培養(yǎng)基的滲透壓平衡。合成的表面活性劑ⅲ號抑制伴隨的革蘭氏陽性菌群。

配制
在1000毫升蒸餾水中溶解51.67克。加熱至沸騰以*溶解。15磅（121℃）高壓滅菌15分鐘。冷卻至45-50°c，倒入無菌平皿。
培養(yǎng)反應(yīng)
在35-37℃孵育18-24小時后觀察培養(yǎng)特征。
