美國消費品安全協(xié)會(cpsc)宣布，所有電動平衡車(包括扭扭車)的制造商、進(jìn)口商、經(jīng)銷商，其在美國本土生產(chǎn)、進(jìn)口、銷售的平衡車必須符合最新的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括ul2272平衡車電路系統(tǒng)認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。另外，所有平衡車電池必須符合un38.3認(rèn)證要求。

3、 電芯規(guī)格書；
4、 整套電路板的電路圖，pcb 走線圖；
5、 整套電路板的軟件程序保護(hù)原理框圖，硬件保護(hù)原理框圖；
6、 電路板bom 表；
7、 馬達(dá)規(guī)格書；
8、 電子檔標(biāo)簽（包含：型號，電壓(vdc)，容量(ah or wh)，生產(chǎn)日期，極性標(biāo)識，警告語句）；
9、 生產(chǎn)日期的編碼規(guī)則；
10、產(chǎn)品使用說明書；
標(biāo)簽上需標(biāo)識的警告語：

b. warning – to reduce the risk of injury, user must read instruction manual.
