提貨單（delivery order--d/o）
又稱小提單。
收貨人憑正本提單或副本提單隨同有效的擔(dān)保向承運(yùn)人或其代理人換取的，可向港口裝卸部門提取貨物的憑證。發(fā)放小提單時(shí)應(yīng)做到：（1）正本提單為合法持有人所持有(2)提單上的非清潔批注應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)上小提單。（3）當(dāng)發(fā)生溢短殘情況時(shí)，收貨人有權(quán)向承運(yùn)人或其代理獲得相應(yīng)的簽證。（4）運(yùn)費(fèi)未付的，應(yīng)在收貨人付清運(yùn)費(fèi)及有關(guān)費(fèi)用后，方可放小提單。
提單（bill of lading）
提貨單簡(jiǎn)稱。在海上貨物運(yùn)輸中，承運(yùn)人收到承運(yùn)的貨物后，簽發(fā)給托運(yùn)人的書面單證。其中正本2-3份，副本若干份。收貨人憑正本提單向貨運(yùn)目的地的運(yùn)輸部門提貨。

托運(yùn)人、收貨人和本提單的持有人茲明白表示接受并同意本提單和它背面所載的一切印刷、書寫或打印的規(guī)定、免責(zé)事項(xiàng)和條件。
