1的意思是你要給你的產(chǎn)品分類(lèi)
2意思是具體分類(lèi)
第二步：
有html和pdf兩種格式，以html為例即可

第三步：
看下產(chǎn)品的分類(lèi)
section i: live animals; animal products
section ii: vegetable products
section iii: animal or vegetable fats and oils and their cleavage products; prepared edible fats; animal or vegetable waxes
......
以live animals為例，下面有具體的5類(lèi)，
不同的section i下面的具體分類(lèi)不同.
第四步：
回到前面6302930090是毛巾，
按照常識(shí)毛巾是屬于紡織品，
也就是textiles,直接搜索可得。

接著在大類(lèi)下搜素尋找最接近的
點(diǎn)進(jìn)去之后是詳情
接著輸入hs code
輸入海關(guān)編碼的時(shí)候注意，
不要一次輸入全部，因?yàn)闀?huì)顯示沒(méi)有，
格式是4.2形式
也就是在輸入的時(shí)候正確的方法是
6302.93.00.90
當(dāng)輸入前8位數(shù)的時(shí)候就已經(jīng)找到，
18%.
