高加速應力篩選/快速溫變試驗箱剖面驗證技術分析

摘要：高加速應力篩選試驗（hass）技術是近年來不斷發(fā)展起來的可靠性新技術，其工作原理、試驗目的、應力要求等與傳統(tǒng)的可靠性試驗有所不同，是考核與提高產品質量與可靠性的強有力的工具。本文就hass試驗技術基本原理和環(huán)境應力與誘發(fā)的故障模式之間關系進行了簡要分析，重點闡述了hass試驗技術的核心之一—篩選剖面圖的驗證技術，并對hass剖面驗證技術的特點、所需資源和其它的相關內容作了說明。
