注意】本實驗色譜柱需要事先平衡。色譜柱平衡：60 mm 磷酸水溶液使用0.5 ml/min流速通液2小時后，再置換成流動相。
樣品的前處理：
1.3 ml的軟飲料中加5 %的偏磷酸水溶液，定容到30 ml。
2.通過0.45 μm的過濾器過濾。
3.進樣前，用純水稀釋10倍(偏磷酸濃度0.5 %以下)，作為hplc分析試料。
