白細(xì)胞介素-10（il-10）是由活化的t細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的多效細(xì)胞因子。它可以以刺激和抑制方式調(diào)節(jié)免疫應(yīng)答的功能。因此，il-10參與免疫反應(yīng)和炎癥反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)。
